Happy Birthday Sylvia Mui... ^ ^

Well i forgot to take picture of my uncle's new restaurant... Its called elegant or something.. its in menara Hap seng also used to be called Mui plaza.. Anyway walk in take escalator up 2floors and you would find it.. This restaurant is a Chinese Fine dining cuisine. Which means You eat lots of Chinese food while fine dining with Wine. Style is can either be family serving ,ala-kart, portioning like in the pictures below. Of coz its expensive, most of my uncle's restaurant are expensive... whats fine dining without real money lol.. here is how the part of the private room looks like.
first Dish - Bacon wrap around scallop.. with lettuces and fried squid. Vinigrate sauce.
Second dish - Some Fish, i forgot the name edi.. With prawn garlic and PORK.
Third Dish - Beef
Fourth Dish - Steamed chicken
Fifth Dish - Tofu
Sixth DIsh - bitter goth [i think wrong spelling -.-]




Anyway today in lemon garden I saw one of the church members... believe it or not its the family i meet when i water baptize, sylvia and family, anyway i asked them what they were doing here.. so apparently its sylvia's birthday , so I actually wanted sing birthday song, but without all the servers it would be awkward and not loud enough.. so i just present this cake to her my self...with the help of David getting the cake for me by asking Boss Kenneth! Lu shen wanted sing birthday song as well, maybe he likes her... omg sylvia you look so young i thought you were like only 16years old now...but ur actually 17 =.=
Well anyway... Happy birthday to you again ^^ Sorry la no chance take picture with u and ur family ,had to work you saw right how "RAJIN" i was pushing the trolley and all =P
